How we recruit for you

  1. Your requirement

    You send the roles, headcount, destination and timeframe. Our team contacts you to confirm the details before the search starts.

  2. Sourcing

    We search our candidate database, advertise the vacancies and, where useful, organise recruitment drives and job fairs in India.

  3. Screening

    We shortlist candidates, check certificates, experience letters and other documents, and arrange trade or psychological tests if you ask for them.

  4. Interviews

    We prepare shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews with you or your representative, including hotel and local transport for visiting delegates.

  5. Deployment

    For selected candidates we arrange medical tests, help with the visa or work permit issued through you, run a pre-departure orientation and assist at departure.

You make the final selection. We send regular progress reports while the recruitment is running.
