How healthcare recruitment works

  1. Requirement

The hospital or ministry sends the specialities, grades, numbers and timing.

  2. Sourcing and screening

We search our database and advertise, then check degrees, registration and experience letters.

  3. Interviews

Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the employer's panel, in person or online.

  4. Licensing and visa

Selected candidates complete the destination's professional licensing steps, medical tests and visa through the employer.

  5. Departure

Pre-departure briefing, travel arrangements and assistance at departure.

The employer makes the final selection and issues the offer and visa.

What candidates need

Have these ready when you apply. The job advert lists anything extra the employer asks for.

  • Degree certificates and mark sheets (and internship certificate for doctors)
  • Current registration with your Indian medical or nursing council
  • Experience letters covering your recent practice
  • Passport valid for the duration of the process
  • Updated CV with your speciality and dates

Indian passport holders with ECR status need emigration clearance through the Government of India's eMigrate system before departure. Reviewed 31 October 2026.
