Information we collect

If you are a job candidate

Applying for a listed job. The application form asks for your name, email address, phone number, an optional cover letter and your CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX). Your application and CV are stored in our website’s job system so our recruitment team can review them. We also send you an email to confirm we have received your application.

Registering your CV (Enquiry form). This form asks for your name, email address, phone number, qualification, the post you are interested in, experience, skills, country, city, an optional message and your CV. The form sends these details to our office email inbox. The website does not keep a separate copy of the form after it is sent; the uploaded file is held only temporarily while the email is sent.

By email or in person. Some candidates send CVs directly to our recruitment email addresses or bring documents to our office. Recruitment for overseas roles may also require copies of your passport, educational and professional certificates, experience letters, photographs, medical reports and other documents requested by the employer or the destination country.

If you are an employer

When you contact us about hiring, we collect your name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number and the details of your requirement.

If you are a student

When you ask about studying abroad, we collect your name, contact details, education history and the course or country you are interested in. If you go ahead with an admission, we will also need the documents the university and the visa process require.

If you need visa or document attestation services

We collect your name, contact details and the documents you ask us to process, such as certificates, passport details and supporting papers required by the relevant ministry, embassy or consulate.

When you browse this website

Like most websites, our web server records technical information such as your IP address, the page you visited, the date and time and your browser type. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use your information

  • To consider you for jobs you apply for or that match your CV, and to contact you about them.
  • To present suitable candidates to employers who have asked us to recruit for them.
  • To answer employer, student and visa/attestation enquiries and provide the service you ask for.
  • To meet legal and licensing requirements that apply to overseas recruitment and to the services we provide.
  • To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent spam and misuse.

We use your details because you have given them to us for that purpose, or because we must use them to meet a legal obligation. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”). If you do, we may no longer be able to continue with your application or service.

Marketing

We do not currently send marketing emails or messages from this website. If we offer updates in future, we will ask for your separate permission. Saying no will not affect your application or enquiry.

Who we share your information with

  • Prospective employers in India and abroad, when we put you forward for a role.
  • Government authorities, embassies and consulates, when a visa, attestation or emigration clearance requires it.
  • Universities and education partners, when you ask us to help with an admission.

  • Authorities, when the law requires us to disclose information.

Some of these recipients are outside India. Where we transfer your details abroad, we do so only to provide the service you asked for and in line with Indian law.

How long we keep your information

We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the service you asked for, or for longer where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your CV or application at any time.

When we no longer need your details, we delete them or make them anonymous.
